On November 19, Courtenay Jalics and Chelsea Smith will speak at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2021 Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference in Boston. Courtenay, co-chair of the ABA’s Women in Products Liability Committee, will moderate a panel discussing the unique vantage point of female litigators in prosecuting, defending, and trying cases involving products designed for women.
