Tucker Ellis IP Practice Growth Continues with New Partner M. David Galin

November 2014

Highly regarded intellectual property lawyer M. David Galin has joined Tucker Ellis LLP as a partner in its growing Intellectual Property Group, further expanding the firm’s capabilities in that area.

Mr. Galin focuses on the strategic acquisition of intellectual property, including preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications. An electrical engineer, he uses his technical education and experience to provide valuable counsel to clients on intellectual property matters including preparing patent opinions, handling trademark matters, and handling patent applications prosecuted globally.

Mr. Galin received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
