Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Traci Shafroth has joined the firm. Ms. Shafroth is Counsel in the Medical & Pharmaceutical Liability Practice Group within the firm’s Trial Department.

Ms. Shafroth represents manufacturers in product liability coordinated proceedings and litigation across the country. She also handles complex business litigation for clients in the financial, software, manufacturing, and private equity industries, defending clients against allegations of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and a variety of business torts.

Ms. Shafroth joins Tucker Ellis from Kirkland & Ellis. A former certified public accountant, she began her career as an auditor and business consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP. She earned her law degree at Harvard Law School, where she was an editorial board member of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. She received undergraduate degrees in both Business & Accounting and French, magna cum laude, at the University of Texas at Austin, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
