In anticipation of the January 2020 enforcement date of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), TechTarget asked Dan Messeloff and other legal experts and analysts to weigh in on the future of the CCPA.

“Companies should start now in assessing their own data privacy practices so as to comply with whatever the final product of the CCPA will be,” Dan cautioned. “The law – in one way, shape or form – is going to be enacted, and there are certain broad measures that companies can investigate and implement now.”
