On October 25, Rob Hanna spoke on trial issues in trade secret cases at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. Rob’s topic, “Trade Secrets Damages: A Framework for Success at Trial,” was complemented by discussions on discovery issues and jury instructions in trade secret cases. The successful annual meeting attracted nearly 2,200 attendees.
