John P. Patterson

John Patterson is a trial lawyer who works primarily in the areas of toxic tort defense and product liability defense.
He has also represented clients in various business litigation matters. John currently serves as national and regional coordinating counsel for defendants in toxic tort cases. He has litigated and tried business and product liability cases in Ohio and other parts of the country and has litigated many toxic tort cases all over the country. In addition to the bar admissions above, John has been admitted as trial counsel for individual cases in multiple state and federal courts.
John grew up in Kansas and graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in political science in 1993. While at Yale, John earned multiple varsity letters as a member of the football team. After graduation, John spent two years in the academic publishing industry. John graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1999, where he served on the Kansas Law Review.
