Nicole E. Gage

Nicole Gage is a member of the Tucker Ellis Mass Tort & Product Liability Group, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation.

Nicole represents multinational companies in asbestos-related lawsuits, defending premises owners (refineries, chemical companies, and commercial sites) and contractors, as well as product manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of electrical controls, aviation engines, valves, pumps, automotive components, and HVAC equipment.

Nicole is experienced in state, federal, and multidistrict venues. As national counsel, she manages local counsel in jurisdictions across the country. In addition to managing a large docket of cases throughout California, she successfully defends cases through early discovery investigations, prepares and defends corporate witnesses at deposition, and employs aggressive motion practice, including summary judgment motions. Her trial experience includes drafting and arguing various motions in limine, jury selection, cross-examining witnesses, and second-chairing a trial through a successful motion for nonsuit. She has negotiated favorable settlements for several Tucker Ellis clients.

Nicole lives in Berkeley with her husband and two active children that keep her busy outside of work, mainly with attending multiple sporting events. Aside from spending time with her family, Nicole enjoys cooking and traveling. She is also fluent in Swedish.
