On March 4, Keith Grady spoke at the 2020 Federal Circuit Year in Review, presented by The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’s (BAMSL) Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law Section. Keith co-presented a review of the significant decisions by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affecting patent law from a patent prosecutor’s and patent litigator’s perspectives.
