Dan Finer focuses his practice on the defense of mass tort and product liability claims in jurisdictions throughout the country.
Dan manages all aspects of litigation – from inception to resolution – involving product, premises, and contractor claims. Dan has represented a wide variety of manufacturers of industrial and commercial products, including HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, valves, furnaces, gaskets, packing materials, compressors, piping, and respiratory protection.
Dan works with clients to develop strategic litigation plans positioned to meet both short- and long-term objectives. In his capacity as national and local counsel, he regularly defends clients’ interests during deposition and court appearances.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Alli, and their two daughters, Avery and Harper. On Saturdays in the fall, you’ll find him in Ann Arbor cheering on the winningest team in college football history.
