On May 21, Bart Loethen participated as a panel moderator at the 3rd Annual Owner’s Roundtable. Presented by the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County chapters of the Exit Planning Institute, the Roundtable offered business owners a half-day workshop with fellow business owners, advisors, and tools dedicated to helping business owners maximize the value of their businesses. Bart moderated a panel of experts who shared tips on business exit options, including the pros and cons of 10 internal and external exit strategies; how to create and implement a business transition plan; and how to deal with obstacles and hurdles that can derail a business’s transition.
