On July 24, Brian Brookey provided an overview of intellectual property in the fashion industry to students, industry professionals, and practicing lawyers attending Loyola Law School’s second annual Fashion Law Summer Intensive Program in Los Angeles, California. The program focuses on constructing a brand narrative and all the legal elements necessary to carry that story forward.
