On December 9, Carter Strang moderated and Rob Frost participated in a panel discussion in a Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) joint Environmental Law and Government Attorneys Sections CLE program, “The Fracking Battleground – Home Rule vs. Preemption.” Carter recently published two articles on the CLE topic in Law360 and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal, and the panel discussed a recent appellate court decision upholding a ruling by the Ohio Oil and Gas Commission during Rob’s tenure as its chairman.
