Feczko, Mendelsohn, and Adams Present OSBA WebCast on Autonomous Vehicle Litigation

July 20, 2018

On July 19, Jon Feczko, Cliff Mendelsohn, and Zach Adams presented an Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) WebCast, “A Look at the Future of Autonomous Vehicle Litigation.” Jon, Cliff, and Zach discussed how autonomous vehicle technology can change how accidents are litigated (including issues such as who is sued, the evidence available to reconstruct accidents, the claims asserted, and potential trial themes) and how these issues can impact commercial fleet management. The program was a continuation of the June 20 OSBA WebCast, “Legal Issues Related to the Development of Automated, Autonomous, and Connected Cars,” presented by Jay Campbell, Tod Northman, and Chris Pantoja.
