Rob Hanna spoke at the 2020 Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection Conference hosted by Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and co-sponsored by Tucker Ellis. Rob participated on a panel discussing incident response policies and procedures before, during, and after a security breach, including defensible incident response plans; who should be on the incident response team; breach notification requirements; the important role that cyber risk insurance can play in both preparing for an incident and responding to it; and how incident response plans have been affected by COVID-19. The two-day conference was held remotely on September 17-18.
