On March 29, Sandy Wunderlich presented to the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Sandy provided an overview of the law related to the registration of disparaging and scandalous trademarks, including a summary of a case pending before the Supreme Court of the United States, its First Amendment implications, and its potential impact on the registration of offensive trademarks in the future.
