Amy Klimek Joins Tucker Ellis as Counsel

April 19, 2018

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to welcome Amy Klimek as counsel in the firm’s Environmental & Renewable Energy Group.

Ms. Klimek has nearly two decades of experience advising and representing clients in environmental and energy matters. She has represented corporate clients in environmental litigation in administrative, state, and federal courts. With a deep understanding of state and federal environmental programs addressing air emissions, wastewater discharges, hazardous and solid waste management, mining, and wetlands, she provides valuable environmental compliance and litigation counseling. Ms. Klimek also performs environmental due diligence in corporate and real estate transactions, as well as environmental audits.

“Amy’s broad experience in environmental and energy matters adds significant depth and capabilities to our group,” said Environmental & Renewable Energy Group Chair Joe Koncelik. “We’re happy to welcome her to Tucker Ellis.”

Ms. Klimek received her law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree cum laude from Rhodes College.
