Caresani and Muller Join Tucker Tucker Ellis Cleveland Office as Counsel

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to welcome new counsel Ann Caresani and Carl Muller to the firm’s Cleveland office, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in the areas of employee benefits/ERISA and labor and employment law.

Ms. Caresani focuses on employee benefits, ERISA, and executive compensation. She counsels employers on the design, administration, and termination of their employee benefit programs, including tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements. She defends employers, plan administrators, trustees, banks, insurers, investment managers, and other fiduciaries and service providers in ERISA litigation matters. Ms. Caresani, a certified public accountant, earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Cleveland State University, where she also earned an M.B.A. She received her law degree magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Mr. Muller represents management in labor and employment law matters and general commercial litigation across the state of Ohio in courts of common pleas, courts of appeals, and federal district courts. He defends employers in litigation involving sexual harassment, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, non-compete and confidentiality covenants, employee handbooks and policies, employment-at-will, whistleblower claims, retaliation claims, and disciplinary actions. He also represents businesses with matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Mr. Muller earned his law degree at Cornell Law School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College.
