On July 27, Carter Strang and Sanford Watson participated in a webinar, “Creating and Sustaining Successful Pipeline Programs – Stepping Stones to a More Diverse & Inclusive Profession.” Sponsored by the Federal Bar Association, the webinar explored how to create and sustain pipeline programs, using examples of successful programs – including our award-winning Tucker Ellis Pipeline Program – that have increased the number of minority and diverse students entering law school.

Carter originated and coordinates the Tucker Ellis Pipeline Program. He is a past president of the Federal Bar Association, Northeast Ohio Chapter (FBA-NDOC) and a member of its board of directors. Sanford, also a member of the FBA-NDOC board of directors, co-chairs its Diversity Committee and chairs the Tucker Ellis Diversity Committee.
