Daniel Messeloff Joins Tucker Ellis as Partner
May 2017
Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Messeloff has joined the firm as a partner.
Mr. Messeloff works with companies ranging from multinational corporations to start-ups and small businesses to address, manage, and resolve their employment, labor, and other legal issues. An experienced litigator, Mr. Messeloff defends clients in disputes of all sizes arising under federal, state, and local laws prohibiting unlawful discrimination and harassment, as well as cases arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), data privacy laws, and general commercial matters. He has litigated many multimillion-dollar employment lawsuits, including class- and collective-action claims and single-plaintiff discrimination cases. Mr. Messeloff is the incoming Chair of the Litigation Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where he is also a Board member.

Mr. Messeloff received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
