On September 1, Ronie Schmelz presented “Proposition 65 Recent Developments” to the Valley Industry & Commerce Association (VICA) Manufacturing & Technology Committee meeting in Encino, California. Among the developments Ronie addressed are recent efforts to remove safe harbor levels for lead and OEHHA proposals to modify Prop 65 warning language and create a lead agency website that will list ingredients in Prop 65 products.
