Tucker Ellis LLP is proud to announce that partner Sanford E. Watson has received the Inclusion Innovation Award from the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Mr. Watson accepted the award at a reception following the Bar Association’s 2014 Diversity & Inclusion Conference on March 11.

The Inclusion Innovation Award honors community leaders who promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and throughout Cleveland.

Mr. Watson is a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of business litigation, medical products liability, and public law. He is a former Chief Prosecutor and Director of Public Safety for the City of Cleveland. Mr. Watson actively promotes diversity within the legal profession as Chair of the Tucker Ellis Diversity Committee and through bar association activities and community speaking engagements. He earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree at Morehouse College.
