Tucker Ellis Welcomes Courtney Mendelsohn as Business Litigation Counsel

May 2018

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to welcome Courtney Mendelsohn as counsel in the firm’s Business Litigation Group.

Ms. Mendelsohn represents a diverse corporate client base in complex commercial litigation and product liability matters in federal and state courts across the country. Her experience across substantive areas includes antitrust claims, business torts, consumer fraud actions, consumer protection cases, contract disputes, and credit reporting disputes. Ms. Mendelsohn is also experienced in handling class actions and multidistrict litigation. In her active pro bono practice, she represents clients at the appellate level in habeas corpus proceedings and immigration cases.

“Courtney’s return to Tucker Ellis after having been one of our summer associates is a real homecoming,” said Business Litigation Chair Karl Bekeny. “Her accomplishments since that time – in commercial litigation, as well as her significant experience with class action and multidistrict litigation – make her an excellent fit for Tucker Ellis, and we’re happy to welcome her back.”

Ms. Mendelsohn received her law degree magna cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Cornell University.
