Andrew Micaraset maintains a strong general litigation practice with a particular focus on mass tort, products liability, and business disputes.
Andrew manages cases from inception to completion, often appearing in court for oral arguments, case management and discovery conferences, and motion hearings. He also has briefed several matters before the courts of appeals.
Before joining Tucker Ellis, Andrew focused his practice on the defense of a multinational automotive manufacturer in multidistrict emissions litigation and consumer warranty disputes. He has represented clients ranging from the largest ride-sharing company to individual plaintiffs in the health care context. Andrew’s diverse litigation experience spans multiple practice areas, including complex litigation, appellate briefing, general liability, and elder abuse.
Community advocacy is an important part of Andrew’s life. He founded the Alliance of Student Professionals, providing mentorships, workshops, and networking opportunities for students in pursuit of their personal and professional goals.
Andrew enjoys performance driving and motorsports both as a participant and spectator.
