Jasmine Taylor uses her leadership and communications experience as a Sergeant in the Ohio Army National Guard to assist clients in personal injury, product liability, and business litigation matters.
During her deployment to Afghanistan with the 237th Brigade Support Battalion and to Kuwait with the 1-137th Aviation Regiment of the Ohio Army National Guard, Jasmine gained significant experience as a team leader. Entrusted with maintaining an intricate communications network, Jasmine learned the importance of clear communication, a skill she brings to her legal practice.
As part of a Tucker Ellis team representing two Fortune 300 companies in litigation relating to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, Jasmine assists in all aspects of trial preparation and discovery, including conducting and defending clients in depositions; coordinating written discovery and document production, including ESI search projects; and preparing pleadings and dispositive and discovery motions in both state and federal courts.
Jasmine is also a member of a team that defends pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical device manufacturers against product liability claims in individual cases and multidistrict litigation. Additionally, she assists in defending hospital systems against medical malpractice claims.
A first-generation American, Jasmine spent the first few years of her life in Alaska and Jamaica, finally settling with her family in Cleveland. She enjoys traveling, Harry Potter, Rihanna, cooking spicy food, and caring for her numerous houseplants—a real skill during dark Cleveland winters.
