Theresa Morelli handles in-house document reviews for the Tucker Ellis eDiscovery Group.

Theresa has significant experience with document reviews, including redaction work, privilege reviews, and quality control workflow, in cases involving workplace discrimination, lender liability, environmental liability, trade secrets, breach of contract, probate, mass tort, antitrust, patent infringement, class action lawsuits, and multidistrict litigation.

Theresa is proficient in the use of eDiscovery tools, particularly Relativity, Relativity One Active Learning, Reprise, and Open Text Axcelerate.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Theresa spent nearly 17 years as the chief in-house counsel for a publicly traded company’s strategic business unit. In this role, she worked with local outside counsel to defend class action lawsuits, fair housing lawsuits and administrative complaints, and federal/state environmental enforcement actions. She also worked with discovery vendors and managed document review vendors with outside counsel.

Theresa enjoys local festivals, decorating, cooking, and walking at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens.
