Valeria Golodnitska

Valeria Golodnitska focuses her practice on mass tort and product liability.

Valeria works with clients in industries including elevators, escalators, electrical components, raw materials, construction materials, HVAC, refrigerators, pumps, valves, and automotive parts, as well as on cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. She also represents clients in commercial litigation disputes. 

With extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation, including but not limited to significant motion-drafting and courtroom and deposition experience, Valeria works diligently toward a favorable resolution for every client.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Valeria practiced at a law firm where she focused on personal injury, insurance, and lemon law defense, as well as subrogation litigation.

Valeria moved to the United States from Ukraine when she was 12 years old and speaks Russian fluently. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants and museums.
