Zachary J. Adams

Position
Counsel
Locations

Zach Adams counsels Fortune 500 companies, employee- and family-owned businesses, privately held companies, and multinational corporations in cases involving commercial disputes, business torts, and products liability.

In his product liability practice, Zach has defended products including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, microchips, consumer goods, automobiles, elevators, escalators, commercial construction equipment, paints and solvents, and electronic cigarettes and vaporizers. He recognizes the importance of working with clients early on to understand how they define “success” in a particular matter. Experienced in all aspects of litigation, Zach quickly identifies case themes and uses them to guide a matter toward resolution – in whatever form that may take.

As an extension of his practice, Zach contributes to “Driverless,” Tucker Ellis’s podcast devoted to analyzing the legal issues surrounding autonomous vehicles and other artificial intelligence technologies.

When he’s not working or traveling for clients, Zach resides in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood. He enjoys staying active by coaching elementary school students in basketball and soccer. He is a lifelong Cleveland sports fan and an avid fan of his alma mater, Notre Dame.
